Booking through our website or WhatsApp submits a request for an appointment, which is subject to confirmation by our team based on availability. Specialist and visiting-consultant slots are confirmed on request. Please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.

2. Consultations, pharmacy & diagnostics

  • Consultations are provided by qualified practitioners; treatment decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
  • Medicines from our in-house pharmacy are dispensed in accordance with applicable law and, where required, against a valid prescription.
  • Diagnostic tests and home sample collection are subject to availability and to the procedures of our diagnostic partner. Reported turnaround times are estimates.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact and health information you share with us.
